Warranty Rules

  • Guarantee period starts beginning from delivery date of the product and it is 2 years.
  • Whole product including all parts of product is in warranty cover.
  • If the product is damage within warranty period, duration which is for repairing is added to warranty period. Maximum time for repairing of the product is 20 working days. This time starts beginning from notify to service agency if no service agency, notify to one of competent body such as sales agency, Distributor Company or manufacturer. It is possible for consumer to make failure reporting by phone, fax, e mail, register and reply paid letter or similar way. However, in case of incompatibility, proof obligation is belongs to consumer. if the failure cannot be repaired within 10 days, manufacturer or importer has to allocate another product which is similar characteristics to the consumer until repair of the product is completed.
  • At the guarantee period of the product, in case of damaging because of material, workmanship and installation failure, repair of the product will be done without demand labor cost, changing part payment or any payment under another name.
  • Although repair right was used by consumer, If product’s
    1. Beginning from delivery date to consumer providing that being in guarantee period as well as the product damage 4 times within 1 year and 6 times during the guarantee period , prepetition of not benefit from heater continuously
    2. Exceed of maximum time which is need for repair.
    3. In case of preparing report about determination of impossibility of repairing product by service agency in the event of there is no service agency one of competent body such as sales agency, Distributor Company importer or manufacturer .
      Consumer can demand replacing of the product as Free of Charge, refund of money or defective ratio payment of the product.
  • Damages that are originated from using the product against points, which are placed inside the manual books of the product, are out of warranty. As well as guarantee does not involve repair of damages which cause abnormal or out of purpose also points which are determined in the following are out of warranty.
    1. Failures outside of heater
    2. Breaking, scratch and damages (falling, strike) which can be formed after delivery of the product to consumer.
    3. Fault and damages which can be formed because of reasons low or high voltage, failure electric installation, using different voltage from product label.
    4. Fault and damages which can be formed because as a result of natural disaster.
    5. Damages that are originated from using the product against points, which are placed inside the manual books of the product, are out of warranty.
  • In case of falsification is made on the guarantee certificate, removing or falsification of original serial number of heater this guarantee is invalid. Consumer can be applied to Ministry of Custom and Trade Consumer protection for problems which can be appear about guarantee certificate.
