Consumer Rights

THESE RIGHTS ARE EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE SELL WITH GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE IN TURKEY.


  • Service agencies must hang the “Spare Parts Price List “at the place which consumers can see or present to consumer in web side.
  • Service agencies have to show changing parts which belong to the product that they repair and maintenance if it is in guarantee period and obliged to give back if it is out of guarantee.
  • Working Days : Working Days except National ,official , relational holidays, new year, 1st OF May and Sundays
  • Repair Time Of the Product: Repair time of the product is 20 working days. If the failure cannot be repaired within 10 days, manufacturer or importer has to allocate another product which is similar characteristics to the consumer until repair of the product is completed.
  • Although repair right was used by consumer , beginning from delivery date to consumer providing that being in guarantee period as well as the product damage 4 times within 1 year and 6 times during the guarantee period , prepetition of not benefit from heater continuously causes the demand of replacing the product as Free Of Charge.
  • The guarantee period product, which is changed while it is within guarantee period, is limited with residual guarantee period of the product.
  • Consumer can demand repair of product as Free of Charge in case of failure both material and workmanship damage.
  • Consumer may control the product within 15 days from delivery date to consumer and if it is defective good, he / she must inform the seller. If it is hidden defect or rises for a length of time, he /she can use same rights latest within 2 years.
  • Although you do not make agreement while you were purchasing any product, talking with seller taking into account as agreement. Guarantee Certificate provides reparing of any failre as Free of Charge that is formed at the product or if this is not possible to repair, provides Free of Charge replacing with new one as when it is informed to technical service or seller of the product.
  • Consumers can go to “ARBITRATION COMMITTEE FOR CONSUMER PROBLEMS” for carry out their reasonable demands. These committees establish every governorship and district governorate constitution. Consumers can only apply with one letter of application, and invoice or receipt of the product. No cost is taken for this.
